At Shelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange any eligible device within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included.
Ship to Shelly
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
